Structural design of a 12,000sf three story condominium. The structure included a first floor Post tensioned slab on grade, second and third floors have been designed using open web floor trusses with roof structure consisting of conventional wood framing. The lateral system consisted OSB shear walls at exterior, gyp board shear walls inside each unit along with ordinary steel moment frame at large garage openings.
