330 Elmora Ave is an Educational building, mode of construction is concrete columns and walls supporting open web steel joists. UBS was tasked with condition assessment, evaluation of retrofit requirements and re-strengthening design of structural elements to support new Architectural program which includes open large uninterrupted spaces.
